The name Rooster & Owl is inspired by its co-founders, husband and wife team Yuan and Carey Tang. The two had opposite work schedules but always came together around food and dining adventures. And that's exactly what Rooster & Owl brings to the table: a social, shared dining experience. 

Led by chef and owner Yuan Tang, Rooster & Owl is dedicated to the craft of the culinary arts and passionate about market-driven cuisine. Come experience the thrill of fine dining in a comfortable, customizable environment.

Rooster & Owl is chef-owned and chef-driven. You can trust us to provide inventive, well-crafted, and properly executed dishes with the finesse and service you'd expect from fine dining. When you let the culinary professionals lead the way, everyone wins. 

Each course is conceptualized, tested, and tasted before it goes on our menu, and we dedicate a full day each week to research and development to ensure that each course we offer meets our standards. This means that our menu will change often, seasonally, and on a rolling basis.
